OOMEN DAIRY ENGINEERING VOF
The bottom under the balance of your livestock farm is literally the bottom under your farm. The condition of the air, water and soil life status determines the basis for a high cultivation production and the height of the nutritional value. And it also determines the effect and yield of fertilization and irrigation.
With technology and products we help you to keep the soil (life) and water management of your plots in good condition. The use of our BOTTOM BOOST combination is a basis for successful forage harvesting.
After soil maintenance, optimal maintenance of the furrow and sod is essential for the high quality of the extracted roughage and concentrates. Maintaining a good pH, good water-air management and preventing plant residue, rot and fungi is important and possible. In the case of grassland, it is also important to maintain the desired level of grass, leveling the ground level and aeration. In arable land, stubble/crop residue processing is important after harvesting against diseases.
Expensive own obtained roughage and concentrates also deserve a logical rationing in which the use of the own obtained (concentrate) feed is central. Without unnecessary expensive additional purchase of chunks or soy (mixes). This is a system that Oomen has had good experiences with for over 25 years, and is partly based on his experiences from Denmark. Where the compound feed industry is hardly active. The livestock farmer grows everything himself and/or with the arable farmer. With super good balance and a very healthy herd!
We supply innovative, useful and handy auxiliary equipment for livestock farmers or contractors for forage production . For roughage production, but also for the specialist harvest of protein-rich/concentrate crops. Sometimes surprisingly new, handy and efficient. Small to large techniques that make the work better and more convenient. Sometimes very simple and small, sometimes larger and HiTech. We offer in-house developed innovations and also work together with, among others, Fliegl, EversAgro, Krone, John Deere, Lemken and AGCO.
In the Gambia we started in 2018 with the construction of an arable-fattening farm on a total available area of 5,500 hectares. With good cultivation soil and modern irrigation techniques. With local teams and Dutch business leaders & interns, we grow grass, silage maize, grain maize, wheat and field beans. The harvests are destined for export and partly for our own fattening cattle (bulls/suckler cows), with the meat going to the local holiday resorts, hotels and market.
As a "CTR" we have been providing the driver training-T and the CBR-CCV driving exams together with the Mechan-Connect Group since 2015. We do the T-training together in the East Netherlands (achterhoek) and Southwest Netherlands.
We are known as the real 'farmers-T trainer' from the agricultural practice.
And offer great convenience for students & parents with our
PICK UP SERVICE + PART OF THE DAY lesson blocks.
With the CTR we have turned a hobby into an additional industry.
