With our Büffel you only have 1 machine that continuously picks up - cuts and loads.

So 1 strong tractor (from 200 HP), in addition lighter tractors and cheaper silage trailers can take care of the transport. This saves investment costs, maintenance and diesel costs.

This gives a high capacity at a lower cost.

And the Büffel is much lighter in weight than a loader slicer wagon.

The bunker ensures that you can also pick up when a full cart alternates with an empty cart and when you have to work in the outside rounds / bends.

This ensures high capacity and also prevents damage to machines.

With the Büffel, we are marketing a unique product in the world of forage harvesting technology with Fliegl with the development of a loading wagon. In the front, the technology is identical to that of a loader wagon; with pick-up, rotor and loading space. The feed is then transported via the scraper floor to the hydraulically driven dosing rollers and then transferred via a conveyor belt.

The grass is removed from the swath by the pick-up, chopped by an easy-to-pull cutting rotor, stored in the 10 m³ bucket and from there transferred to a transport trolley.

The technology behind it includes a 1.50 m wide rotor with seven rows of tines and a diameter of 86 cm. The 8 mm wide Hardox fingers push the feed through up to 49 knives. These can be hydraulically folded and locked, but also secured separately with rocker arms and can be used on both sides. The BÜFFEL therefore creates a theoretical cutting length of only 30 mm with a very good cutting quality.

To drive the most profitable silage !

The Fliegl Taurus is capable of compressing the loaded grass, maize or whole plant silage by up to 60% during loading.

As a result, you can load up to 80 cubic meters of silage in the 50 cubic meter body!

In other words: with 1 Fliegl Taurus you have the capacity of 2x 40 cubic meters of tipper!

And it saves you a tipper, a tractor and a driver!

You can also use the ASW shear system to unload in a dosed and spread manner on the pit/hump.

So the large amount of silage can be well distributed and packed!

The Taurus is certainly not the cheapest to buy.

But... if you calculate honestly per cubic meter, it is the cheapest per cubic meter of loading capacity in the market! And do you take into account that you need a tractor and driver less.

PS: how often does it happen that the last piece of wiers/rug/kidde cannot go along with the last load? Which leaves the chopper waiting...

With the Taurus you press again... and you just leave the wiers/kidde/rug on!

The push-off trolley is equipped with the well-known and patented Fliegl push-off system.

Where the bottom partially and the front wall goes back and the cart empties super fast. And with which the silage can be compressed (fully automatically) during loading.

The Taurus is equally solidly built for a long service life.

And also with a SpeedCover load securing net ( /- € 3700,-).

With the SpeedCover, the driver can operate the net from the tractor cab.
